VNC Remote Assistance
VNC is an open-source, free, secure remote control software tool. To connect to Mindea Support using VNC, click on the link to download and launch a small program. If you see a warning about running non-authorized software, just click "OK" to continue. You must contact Mindea for an appointment with a support technician before using VNC.
Meebo Instant Messaging
This tool connects directly to available Mindea staff. If you see that Tech Support is "online", simply type a message and press Enter.
CampfireNow Instant Messaging
If you are behind a firewall or are otherwise restricted from using standard Instant Messaging programs, you can still Chat with Mindea (if we're in the office) using CampfireNow. Just click on this CampfireNow link and enter your name.
